Cinnamon Rolls

I don’t really like cinnamon rolls but my kids do! So, back in 2015 when I was studying and working in Johor Bahru, I found a recipe that I collected from Stop n Shop (back in 2006-2010 when I was in the States). To be honest, that was the most delicious recipe that I have found so far, of course with a little tweaking here and there.  Like other bread, cinnamon rolls need to be soft, a little chewy and fluffy. The ingredients that gives those texture are of course eggs and milk. To give it a punch, I use some butter to it. With 65% H2O, this recipe is perfect. Although it’s a little difficult to roll it as the dough is a little wet, the trick is to use your scraper to move the dough. With a little practice, your rolls will be done in no time!  Recipe :  400g bread flour  40g sugar 5g salt 20gbutter 1 egg  210g milk 10g yeast  50g cinnamon sugar mix  Additional butter for the rolls
