Something about me

Oh..i forgot to start the blog by telling you a little about myself.

My husband has been telling me to start a blog since 2 years ago, but due to work and kids somehow i couldn't find the time and motivation to start it. I guess, this is the best time for me to start and i think it's not that bad. Well, since i am here at home and since families and friends has started to ask for my recipes, guess i should start writing some of my cooking and baking experience.

As a professional, i work with kids, teachers, lecturers and professionals in various fields. I give training to preschool teachers and lecturers and i conduct project with preschool and elementary school kids with the teachers assistance. I work with architects, marine biologist, paediatricians, TV producers and parents in conducting research and projects with young children. Well, i'm married to a guy who research on mosquitoes and spiders so i guess, i have a very long term project with our 4 kids at home. But most of all, i love working with infants, especially the neonates. I've learnt so much from those little munchkins and i just keep on falling in love with them.

One of my best project with the kids May last year..

Well, this was a huge project with the kids. My youngest was sleeping when we took this picture -guess, he must be very tired with the preparation. Well, we planned for a surprised birthday party for my husband. My daughter, Naily helped me with the entire 'surprise' plan. The boys helped me with the cake and decorations. Since my husband was into spiders, the boys decided to decorate the cake with leaves to make it look like a bush and a tarantula resting next to it.

Naily played her role very well, entertaining the father upstairs while the rest of us set up the dining table. The rest was enjoyable. We all agreed, it was the best project ever as the baking was quite tiring for the boys and to keep the father occupied upstairs was not easy too! 😂
